Thanks for looking and pointing that out. Mine are all a red x except for the green check for the avatar also.
Brad
Brad,
If the people that can upload photos have more than 1 green check mark in “Uploading” than we now know where the problem lies.

Bob,
I have the green checkmark in the uploading box, and yes I do have the option at the bottom of this reply box I am typing in…………… Unfortunately, every single image in my files is too big to load in this new forum. These are some of the same pics I have previously posted on the old forum. Here is the error I get:
Image upload constraints: | Size (bytes): 3000000 | Width (pixels): unlimited | Height (pixels): unlimited |
Image allowed types: | jpg, jpeg, gif, png
Media upload constraints: | Size (bytes): 3000000 | Width (pixels): 320 | Height (pixels): 240 |
Media allowed types: | swf, dcr, mov, qt, mpg, mp3, mp4, mpeg, avi, wmv, wm, asf, asx, wmx, wvx, rm, ra, ram
File upload constraints: | Size (bytes): 3000000

Hello guys,
Glad to see we are back up and “running.” I have just browsed through a few forums and there sure seems to be A LOT of wasted white space within
the individual replies and between different replies. Is there to change the display so that there is not a blank line between each line of font? Single space??
We appreciate all the hard work that this takes.

Brad,What browser are you using? It could be a issue with that. I have Firefox 26.0 I will try a different browser.

I use google chrome because for me it’s much faster in several functions than firefox. I just tried replying while using firefox also and it didn’t look any different than with chrome. No upload functions around the add reply box.
Thanks,
Brad
Regarding posting images, everything is working as expected now. it has noting to do wit your browser choice, a few setting had to be reset and all seems to be ok now. There will be one issue however and that is that due to server space and storage of large image files, only paid WACA members will see the upload photos button. Non members will still be able to post photos from a third party site but will have to use the import/edit image button:
Then fill in the URL and other information:
Works great!
Let us know if there are any problems.
Thanks!

I appreciate everyone’s work in getting the forums back up and running. I have to agree with others above, the background white is quite hard on the eyes and for a visitor to the site it may seem a bit plain compared to the other pages on the site. If something can be done to add a little color or wallpaper background to the page it would be appreciated.

I don’t know where everyone is, but they’re sure not here. This site is dead. Nobody posting. Why?
Maybe reading the posts here is as painful for everyone else as it is for me. I think it’s the combination of white background and the font used. Gives me a headache.
Posts are very sparse as compared to old Forum. All we need are tumbleweeds blowing around.

Same here, oakridge.

After some hard work by Mike they got my account straighten out and I can now upload pictures and add a signature picture.
Thanks, Bob
