Hello Greg,
While Winchester made some very fine .22 caliber rifles they do not seem to be a main effort of most of the guys who frequent this forum. You might try checking in over at Rim Fire Central and look in the "Winchester" sub forum there. Lots of rabid collectors hang out there.
