When Graf's takes a backorder for QC, they are accumulating orders until they reach QC's minimum to tool up. That may be Eternity Minus Six Months. But Graf's hits your plastic when you place the back order. Not like Starline. Just so you know. 

You might want to check brass specs (or ask Bert H.) Whether the .351 WSL case can be trimmed to make a 35 WSL case. 

As you likely already know, 357 Maximum brass can be converted to 351 WSL by resizing it in a 351 FL sizing die, trimming to length, and reducing the rim diameter and cutting in an extractor groove, preferably on a lathe.  

You can make 35 WSL brass the same way, using 357 Magnum cases. 

There are people who make brass out of .223 or 5.56 cases and depend on the extractor to properly headspace the case. The source cases are rimless and all the WSL cases headspace on a semi-rim.  I wouldn't do this but it's your gun and your body.
