That is exactly what I am seeing when I do the same thing… except when click the “view” button it takes me back to a login in screen.

I, too, can’t access the magazines from any of several different devices.  Until a couple of months ago, I hadn’t had an issue.  However, I’m now sent to sign in whenever I try to open any of the magazines and it doesn’t seem to matter how many times I sign in, I’m not allowed access.  Mark

Mark,

Good to hear from you… hopefully the inferno down in your locale has not been too big of a problem!

Hi Bert,

It’s been a real roller coaster. The fire has travelled 32 miles in our direction and at one point we were told that it would get to us within 24 hours.  Then we got a break in the weather for a day and they thought they had it stopped.  Late yesterday, it jumped the lines and came barreling toward the ranch again.  It’s now just over top of the ridge above the ranch and they’re desperately trying to get it corralled today.  If it burns over the face of the rim, it’s almost impossible to fight because of the steep, rugged and mostly roadless terrain.  If that happens, they are talking about retreating to our homes below and lighting a backfire.  “Backfire” is the most terrifying term in the English language to those of us in the arid West.  I think they’ll get it stopped but we’re keeping our fingers crossed and sending up lots of prayers.  Mark

Mark,

I will be hoping & praying for the best possible outcome… hopefully it can be stopped before it gets to you!

Now, when I select a magazine to view, I’m redirected to a login page.  I log in and am taken to a strange profile page. I toggle my way through the publications button to view magazine, select magazine, and go directly back to a log in page. Caught in an eternal do-loop.

Ron,

I also get the same login in screen and the same looping problem… not sure when this issue will be resolved, but it is being worked on.

Gents, some of you were seeing error codes on the screen when searching for an article in the magazines.  Our tech guy said today that he fixed that issue.

Also, he made some adjustments to the code in hopes to fix the redirect issue.

Can I please have some feedback from anyone who has had these issues?

Thanks in advance.

Rob,

It still does not work for me.  I get redirected to a login screen and it keeps looping back to the login screen.

Rob,

J/K, Tell him to undo what he did. As I can now longer view the magazines period. Even when searching for a specific magazine, which was my only trick to get the view magazine button to show up. Now its gone again.

MagazineAccess-BEFORE.jpgImage EnlargerMagazine Button Before when searching specific magazine.

NoButton-NOW.jpgImage EnlargerNow No Button When Searching.

NoButton-NOW-MainPage.jpgImage EnlargerAlso the same as Before, No Button on Main Page.

CalendarAccess-Now.jpgImage EnlargerAlso the same as Before for the Calendar Page, No Buttons to view.

Hope this helps in some form or fashion.

Sincerely,

Maverick

P.S. I’m glad I decided not to go with the digital only membership.

Still in the loop as discussed/ shown before (pics at #67) but this time I can’t even use Firefox as mentioned at #70.  An interesting side note- I get re-directed to the funky profile page no matter what password I use; correct or not.

Well I hate to talk about about it, as I’m afraid I’ll Jinx it, but as of 11:40p.m. today both the Magazine & Calendars are now working for me!

Okay Gents, we made another change to the program this morning.  Clear browsing data, log in, and see if it works.

Feedback please.

Using Chrome at work and it seems to be just as it should.  I can search, select, and not have to sign in again!
