I have a small die cut about 6 inches high. It says Winchester at the top. There are 3 gun shell boxes and 2 large shells on the basket. At the bottom it says Winchester Repeating Arms Co. New Haven, Conn. Olin Industries Inc. I wondered if anyone has any information on this.

I’ve not seen that particular one, but its size suggests it was intended to be a counter-top display in a gunshop or hardware store. Worth significant $ IF it’s not a repro! And there are few Win posters, calendars, & other art works that have not been repro’d, sometimes decades ago, so they may look “old” by now.

Hi Ms. Reece-
I did not see it pictured in Webster’s “Winchester Rarities” book, but I don’t think that is a complete compendium of Winchester’s pre-64 marketing materials. Jennifer Gole, WACA Board Member, would certainly know what it was.
Can you post a picture? As a guest you can’t put pictures here directly, so you’d have to either upload them to a third party photo hosting site and post an external link here, or you could e-mail them to me ([email protected]) and I’ll post them for you.
Good Luck,
Lou
