I hope his is an ok place to post this, I am looking for a copy of Arthur Pirkles book on Model 1886 and 1892 Winchesters. Was thinking this might be a the group of people that would have a spare copy lying around.

I’d like to know the same thing! Laugh Seems like that one of the series is never available anywhere!

All:

I’ve got a “like new” volume of Art Pirkle’s Vol.2 book “The Models of 1886 and 1892”.  The first REASONABLE offer gets it delivered in US post-paid.

I use Pirkle’s 1886 & 1892 book as a reference book also which I find extremely informative. I know John Madl put a Pamphlet out in reference to the model 1886. How does his more up to date information compare to Pirkle’s and do any of the members suggest his pamphlet as he’s doing his on going survey? Part of me want to buy it just to support the fact that he’s using his valuable time for us members doing his survey work.

Thanks,Smile

Anthony
