I no longer load for 32 win special and was thinking I would try to sell everything as a package (dies, shell holder, brass and bullets) for someone to get started. I also realized I still have a lot of large rifle primers but am not able to ship them but I believe it is legal to ship primed brass. So my idea was to go ahead and prime them but I thought some might not want to buy brass that someone else primed. Good idea or not? I’d appreciate your opinions.

I would think primed brass, as long as the type of primer is recorded, would be advantageous. The concern with reloads is with powder and the volume and type of powder and with excessive loads.
