Just a reminder for WACA members who may or may not be members of TGCA the Fall show will be held at the Denton Embassy Suites Hotel October 15-17. 300 tables of collectable firearms. More Winchesters every year, some very nice Colts and several first-rate display tables. Very friendly club show, comfortable venue, atmosphere much like the WACA show.

Chris Corley, you going to make it? Chris Hartman? I don’t think your Dodge will make it this far, Bert. Be happy to pick you up at the airport. 😉 I’ll even freshen up the sheets in the guest bedroom just in case the hotel is full.
All kidding aside it’s looking like a great show. Awesome displays, a very entertaining auction and once again security provided by the nation’s most prestigious law enforcement agency.

I wont be making it to Denton but do plan on attending the spring show in San Marcos. Too many irons in the fire this time of the year. Its hard enough to get to Tulsa the second week in November during our deer season and at the peak of the WT rut.

Like Chris said. This is a tough time of year for me to travel. Been to a couple of the TGCA shows but not this one. I would really like to go to Tulsa but…Even Reno is tough to get to.

Quite honestly this is becoming my favorite show. Gives my local friends a chance to see some truly awesome guns and displays. I can sleep in my own bed (less than 20 miles away) and I don’t need to hire someone to look after my business operations while I’m gone. I enjoyed spending much of the day visiting with WACA members. Great show so far, missed two I probably should have bought but will snag a possible sleeper/fun gun tomorrow. May even sell a few.

Good to meet you too, Dan. Enjoyed the visit, glad you enjoyed to show. Exhibits were awesome as usual. Hope you got to see them.
Show is winding down, no sales so far but I’m OK with that. Bought a couple I’m pretty excited about, even scared up a 1880 32-40 loading tool.
