Winchester 61 is shooting two inches to the right at 30 yards. I believe a or so will correct the problem.
I could move the rear sight to the left or the front sight to the right.
Here is where I am confused. I have read here and other places I think that I should try to adjust the rear sight and I have also read that I should adjust the front sight?
Please help me. Is there a definitive answer as to which sight is the best to adjust, front or rear?
And apologies if this has been clearly discussed someplace else on the forum. I can’t find a clear answer if it is posted.
Thanks much as always.
When I need to adjust a sight I will look if either one is off center and if its the one that will bring the gun back to shooting straight I would move that one.
