Is there a list somewhere of the rifles, by serial number that have been issued to US Presidents and others of significance? I’m finding conflicting information on the rifle that was issued to President Eisenhauer. Several sources claim is was 1,000,000, made in 1953 while another source claims, and provides pictures of 2,500,000, a 1961 vintage rifle that was presented to Ike. Maybe he got more than one. Anyone know the real answers?
1. Serial number 1,000,000 was presented to President Calvin Coolidge in 1927. This rifle is on display at the Cody Firearms Museum entrance.
2. Serial number 1,500,000 was presented to President Harry S. Truman in 1948.
3. Serial number 2,000,000 was presented to President Dwight Eisenhower in 1950.

Ronnie evidently had a Model 64 made for him. I don’t know the serial number, and I’m assuming it was done for him privately or by USRACO in the 1980s.
The link is from CFM’s twitter page. Top gun Ronald Reagan’s, middle Eisenhower’s, bottom Coolidge’s.
Sincerely,
Maverick
P.S. I doubt Bill Clinton had one made for him.
