As many of you (myself included) have not yet received your copy of the current WACA Collector magazine, Heather (our WACA Executive Secretary) has asked that I post this message.
“The spring edition of the Winchester Collector was mailed to all traditional membership holders on April 15, 2024. We are aware of significant delivery delays by the USPS and apologize for the inconvenience. We are monitoring the magazine tracking and working with the Postal Service to speed up the delivery process.
Due to this delay, we are extending the 2024 Election deadline to June 1, 2024. It is important that everyone has a chance to vote in our annual election process. If you have not received your magazine and would like to vote, please call or email the WACA Office. We will email you a ballot, which you can return by email, or take your vote over the phone. The WACA Office will be available Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST.

Yeah that about sums up the US postal service. We’ll get your package all the way across the globe, but meanwhile I’m two states away from Florida in Louisiana. We can cross oceans but not the mighty Mississippi River!
