Here’s my Man Cave AKA “The Boonies”! It is my retreat for cleaning and working on guns, reloading, watching old westerns, listening to music (Music and Merlot), and anything else I want to use it for!

I’ll play!

Just built this room a few months ago. Best thing I ever did is that woodworkers bench in the middle of the room. Two folks can work on a rifle from both sides. My last "GUN ROOM" was much too narrow.

Love the rooms guys! Looks like a slice of heaven lol! I’m new to the collecting gig. Planning my "cave" as we speak. In terms of collecting what would you say are maybe the top 5 items that should be in every "man cave"

Not sure about the top five items as I think everyone has different ideas and uses for the rooms. As you can see some of them are more of a "working" room and others are set up as more of a retreat from the rest of the home to display and enjoy the things you love.
I have a small room that’s dedicated to my collection and just a nice place to get away from the TV and computer to read books and tinker with my rifles. I got tired of always having them locked up in a safe so I made a small gun rack to display three or four at a time. Of course you have to rotate the stock occasionally to give them all their day in the limelight.

Some very nice "caves" 🙂

Here’s my . . . "cave – movable workshop" . . .

I also got rid of my old "rolling bunkhouse" this fall . . . ( camper on a pickup ). Got a better / newer pickup and then a 5th wheel trailer. Am in the process of fitting it out as a "rolling bunkhouse / man cave". 🙂

Great idea Wolfgang! Love what you’ve done, very creative. Now I need to find an old camper lmao!

Here’s old pics of mine. It’s too full of stuff now and I need a bigger one. I call it a "Harbor Site" instead of a "Man Cave" but it’s the same idea.

Now that’s a redneck gun safe for sure. Possibly a good hiding spot too, who would suspect?

I dunno if the fridge plan would work in my neighborhood. If it was a redneck bugler , the fridge is the first place he would check (for a beer) and rednecks are the only buglers we got

Your only hope would be that he’d die of a heart attack , thinking he’d died and gone to heaven
