When going from topic to topic, the response time has gotten very slow. Even when logging in or out. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just my computer that is acting up?

I haven’t noticed any slowness when checking the site. The only thing I can say is email notices of topics I subscribed to sometimes don’t work for days then they do.

I would have to agree with the rest, I have noticed that over the past week or two that the site is working a bit slow. I have a very fast connection speed and it seems like it takes sometimes 4-6 seconds or more for a page to open. Hasnt been happening on other sites I visit.

I have a slow connection speed , and the last few days , I have to keep opening the Forum Index in a new window, every step, or otherwise the wheel keeps spinning and nothing happens.

EDIT Forgot to say that previous to this it was my fastest site

Yeah – it is definitely slooowwww and the powers that be have been advised and are working to fix it as I type. Thanks for your patience.

BTW, the Winter "Collector" magazine (another 68 page edition packed with interesting articles) has been printed and will go to the Post Office this week.
