I am still actively looking to buy ,or trade for, a 1876 musket, a 1886 musket and a 1895 musket, and if I’m willing to mortgage the house, a 1894 musket. Acquiring these would complete My display of pre 1900 s.r.c.’s, rifles and muskets

Merz has an 1876 musket for sale:

Here’s another 1876 musket at Collectors Firearms:

I haven’t talked to Merz on his musket yet , the one at Collectors I made them an offer on it, considering it has the wrong rear sight, but they didn’t like My offer. I am having difficulty fathoming the asking prices for these guns considering the condition they are in. I’ll find them eventually , I know they made more than those 3. Thanks for the heads up though.
