I have a Winchester Model 1893 for sale. It’s all original with the original 30" barrel and original parts. It’s never been refinished or altered in any way. The action is very functional and the bore is in very good condition. The serial # is 12214. The barrel reads "Manufactured by Winchester Repeating Arms Co. New Haven Conn U.S.A. Model 1893 Pat. Nov 25, 1890" – two lines. Bluing has turned to the brown patina. No rust. No dings or dents or damage to barrel or receiver. Original butt plate. Original screws – except it is missing the small screw on left side of receiver. Early hammer with checkering. Each side of stock has a very small but, still tight crack where it joins receiver. Has the 3 screw fore arm. There is a crack emanating from both sides of the screw on the left side but, it is still solid. Considering the age, the stock is in good condition – minor scratches – no wood missing.
I’d like to have $600 for it but, will consider all offers. At home in northwest Missouri. Thanks – Anne
