https://www.midsouthshooterssupply.com/dept/reloading/dies/35-winchester  Redding are really good dies but are more expensive.  RCBS are hard to find, but about half price.

Brass is hard to find right now.

I just found a set of RCBS dies online so I bought them up. I also found betram brass. Might work for a bit.

You got lucky.  Your brass will last a long time if you take care of it.  It should be annealed about every 3 to 5 loadings.  In lieu of buying one of the expensive annealers buy some of the temperature paste.  It turns color when the brass is at the right temperature.  Then let it cool off slowly.

This is one of the new annealers.

Good to know…I have annealed some 33 WCF brass using the candlestick method. I’d love a case annealer someday.

I anneal in the garage with the lights off, using a drill with a nut driver bit to fit the base of the cartridge, and a small propane torch.  When I start to see a glow, I drop it onto a cookie sheet.

Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

I don’t have a machine but I might buy some of that paste.  There are other machines for less money. Another type uses induction to heat the brass instead of the flame.   Brownells sells the Tepilaq for $26.

I don’t have a machine either. Been using a drill, driver, and propane torch in the dark for many ears with no temp paste. Never an issue- just a lot slower than the fancy machines… I’ve always thought the Tempilaq was supposed to go on the inside of the case not the outside of the body.

Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....
