Guys,
I hate to be a pain but I am hoping the mods approve this and I will then be able to post a photo from my computer. At my age computerese is not on my bucket list. I have this original Winchester box of bullets am I am not sure where to go to sell them. I am assuming they have collector value perhaps to a mod 64 owner, or maybe there are people here that just collect the boxes of bullets. I have 46 of the 50 count box of the 56 grain hollow point .219 Zipper bullets. Perhaps somebody can direct me to the appropriate place to see if there is interest. I really don’t want to do a GunBroker auction as I would rather see them go to a collector rather than being bought and then scalped if they are very rare. Without the ability to post a picture the swap forum seems useless also. I have many firearms but more into shooting than collecting, not to say that I don’t appreciate quality. Box and bullets seem to have a heavy wax coating brown paper and black printing with made in New Haven Conn. Suggestions and comments would be of help.

Wes – do you use an outside photo hosting site – such as photobuck or imgur (which is what I use)?

I’d suggest you name a price. Can’t sell them without that.
Rtgammo.com has a box listed for sale that sounds similar to what you are talking about and I know he is reputable and fair. But it also depends on the condition of what you have
Wes are you talking of bullets or loaded ammo? Rtgammo does not sell boxes of bullets as far as I know.
I would love to post a picture just don’t use outside pic sites, and thought members could post from their computer. I have not done this before and was hoping after admin approved my first post I would have that ability. These are bullets not loaded ammo and I saw the Win .219 zipper on rtgammo.co. however the Win 25-25 ammo there is a similar printing design (second picture with green paper) 1900-1905. I have no idea of values and was thinking I paid about $20 for these a long time ago so anything over that should be a profit lol. I don’t think these are going to make me wealthy and maybe even a trade for useable .22 bullets could work.
