I need help dating my model 25 shotgun. S/N 65738 Model 25 is not included in the “Date your Winchester” page. What was the production range?

There are no records for the Model 25 available from the CFM records office. Other sources indicated that 87,937 were made in the years 1949 – 1954. The serial number on your gun implies that it was manufactured in 1952/53.
