I have a Model 1200 I am looking for information on. The stock is marked as the picture shows. A dealer told me he thought it was a testing shotgun at the Winchester factory. Anybody seen this before? Thanks.

I doubt that it is a factory marked gun. Reason I state that, as it appears the markings were done after the stock was finished. There doesn’t appear to be any finish on the wood inside the markings.
For what its worth, my humble opinion.
