I do not recognize it. However, I would recommend contacting Dan Shuey, as he may know something about the name. If he doesn’t, I don’t know who would other than possibly Cody, but my understanding is that they often rely on information he provided them. Also not to mention Dan started working with them recently, but I’m not sure as to what capacity.

I got your response and the phone number — thanks again. I will respond to his number very shortly. You have been a great help and very patient. I hope he can give me some insight to this person — I have an 1886 with that name (Estill B. Brown) marked on the receiver in the style of “Sheard” but without any address information or other markings. I’m hoping to clear it up.
