As Gary pointed out, it is not a factory sling mount. Further, the rifle in question is not a Deer Rifle (or it has a replaced nose-cap).

Unfortunately the inletting on the FLT rear swivel mount is not factory. Factory inletting has scallops on each side for clearance of the swivel ring. Compare FLT’s rifle to your own, you will see. The front ring however, is correct on that rifle. The picture shows a correct Winchester Factory installed rear sling swivel.
