Where to find a SN list / manufacture date for Sears "Ted Williams" marked Model 70?
partial SN: U 151XXX
Appears to be early 70’s variant of the M70, with the slotted bolt lug, and hardwood stock.

No, they do not.

The only remaining possibility of finding such serials would have to be through contacting Sears themselves. Which is very doubtful as I doubt they would’ve keep track of such information in the first place.
