Has anyone else see this before? The gun has not been redone. The barrel is missing the WINC from Winchester and below that the MADE IN is missing also.
Is this common?

Can you provide a clear picture of it?
Frankly, I very strongly suspect that the barrel has been buffed, polished, and refinished.

I don’t know Bert it being an Angle Eject Model 94, ain’t no telling what USRACO let slip by.

Anything is possible, but based on my observations, the USRACo deeply stamped the barrel roll markings. The attached picture is typical of their roll marking techniques.
