Thanks to all who responded while I was at the gun show. The internet was not working the best inside the building so I had to go outside to post this stuff while some one watched my tables. I only got about half the posts before I went back inside. My phone and texting worked. So thanks go to Roger B. for looking in the Red Book reading Bert’s response.

The person I bought this from got from a got it from someone Dyersburg way. I don’t know if this is in Michael’s survey. She is not the best but the best  (only) I’ve got.

The seller took a Mod. 42 I had on my table in trade. Things worked out. When I first posted on this in my mind from a few months earlier when I thought the condition was higher. I got it mixed up with the other rifles.

If I didn’t get it this another man would have. He asked if I wanted to sell it.  You gotta git while the hitting is good.
