Offlinegood day folks.
I wanted to make a post about the ongoing survey’s I have been doing. I would like to ask all fellow members if they have any or know of any winchester 1876 north west mounted police carbines and winchester 1876 50-95 caliber guns to contact me please if you would like to share the details.
for the past 15 years I have been doing a survey on all NWMP carbines. this has included travelling to shows in canada and united states, visiting museums, collectors houses, online/in person auctions and sales.
I have surveyed and compiled documents on on over 250 surviving guns, that is nearly 1/4 of all carbines ordered. this includes serial numbers, nwmp cartouche present or not, militia stamps and numbers including but not limited to alberta provincial police, Legion of frontiersmen, cavalry school corps, governor general body guards, queens own rifles just to name a few.
the other survey I am working on is for all winchester 1876 50-95 cailber guns, this is a relative new venture .
the main purpose for this survey is to document all known surviving specimens and cross reference those with each other.
I kindly ask if you can share any examples please contact me, thank you.

Thank you Fred,
Amazingly those are all new entries. That brings the total in my survey to 374
Of interest serial 45342 does exist and is consecutive to your 45341.
