You have a “Ideal Straightline 12Ga Re-Decapper”. Depending on the year it was produced it may also be referred to by the “Lyman Ideal” brand name.
It is not a “Winchester” brand shotgun reloader. As it was made by Ideal or Lyman. The Lyman Gunsight Company acquired the Ideal Loading Tool Company in 1925. I don’t know when Ideal started making the straightline re-decapper but would guess late 1890s and Lyman Ideal continued to make them for a long time into the 1950s or 60s possibly?
That is about all I know about it.
Sincerely,
Maverick
