1882 Reloading Tool De-Capping Pin

Can somebody tell me how the actual pin is removed from a Model 1882 loading tool de-capping pin ? The screw doesn’t seem to turn and I don’t want to damage it . Don’t know if it is an original or not . It is actually a bit longer than the specs I have found on line . All the other specs are pretty much spot on tho . Marked 44W

Can you post a picture of said extractor plug?
Is the pin on the extractor plug broken and your trying to replace it?
Post a pic and I can tell you if it is an original factory plug or a reproduction.
