From your description, yes, it is possibly a gallery gun. Is the loading port triangular or cartridge shaped?

The Triangular port means it is a “Gallery” model. Doesn’t guarantee it was actually used in a shooting gallery but the odds are good that it was.

The loading tubes go for between $15-$50 depending upon the markings and whether they are blued, chrome or bare.
The most common are the bare (in tbe white) tubes marked “Western”, those bring about $15 in average condition. Bare, script Winchester marked tubes bring about $20. Blued, block Winchester marked tubes are $25-$30 and nickel or chrome tubes bring a premium.
There are also other tube markings besides the 4-5 different Winchester markings which are more rare. I have about 25 different loading tubes in my collection. The real rarity is the loading tube rotating loader, those bring $1000+ since there was only 1 per gallery and not all galleries had them.
Sorry for the lengthy reply to your simple question.
