I’ll bet others here have spotted this one as well:https://www.gunbroker.com/item/1042150382
Saw it yesterday, very nice. I check his listings every week to see what’s out!

I moved away from GB since they started collecting sales tax, but I guess if your in a state that does not have it, you’re in.
Only reason I continue to view GB is to observe the interesting modifications often found on early M 52s, so when my “saved search” recently revealed a superbly remodeled pre-A, I held my breath praying the “purists” would ignore it, which (thankfully!) they did. Then I bought the gun directly from the seller in Pa paying NO sales tax! And no damnable “15 min rule” either! I’ve never paid tax on any used gun, & sales tax on ANY used, second-hand item (for which the tax has already been paid ONCE) is a diabolical abomination.

If you buy a gun from a table holder at the Cody show you are paying sales tax, it’s included in the sales price. Table holders are required by the state of Wyoming to report their sales and submit payment in the specified amount. I suspect other states are collecting sales tax in similar ways and feel certain more states will follow suit.

That’s technically true in most states, but Big Brother hasn’t yet found a way to spy on every transaction; in other words, nobody but you & the seller knows a sale occurred. I was forced by NYS to acquire a sales tax permit, but always reported “no sales.”
