Thanks gentlemen,
20 minutes was only enough time to scratch the surface on Winchester .22 rifles though……
It was a pleasure seeing everyone there!

Jeff-
Some very good points raised about the need for more reference books on the rimfire Winchesters so many of us enjoy. Thanks for doing what you do to address that!
Mike
Hi Steve,
I used a Power-point slide presentation to keep me on track and can share that with you when I get back home (I am still travelling from Cody). It won’t have the entire discussion but will at least contain the charts, tables and statistics.
Or, better yet, I can abbreviate the presentation and give it to Brad for inclusion in the Winchester Collector as an upcoming article, that way all of the members can see it, not just those on the WACA Forum.
Best Regards,

Yes! Excellent presentation!
Also, thanks for directing me to Steve’s (seewin) and the beautiful 75 Sporter.
I received it in the mail this week. Here it is with it’s big brother.

Very nice pair of Winchesters… I have an affinity for the Model 75 myself

Same to you as well. I met & spoke with a large number of forum members during this past show… hard to keep track of them all!

I had a great time chatting with Bert about the muscle cars we once owned back in the day, and also about our mis-spent youthful antics on the Oregon coast! As I told Bert, it’s a good thing the statute of limitations has expired, and it is truly a wonder that either of us managed to live into adulthood. What a great conversation we had!
For those who have not yet come to Cody, it is well worth the effort to attend. It is so nice to be able to put faces to the names we only see online. The Cody WACA show is on my calendar for 2025. I hope to meet with even more of you next year.

I should have thought of this sooner… next year at the Cody show, I would like to get all of the attending WACA forum members who are at the show together for a group picture (that will get published in the Collector magazine). We can assemble up front by the WACA tables on Friday or Saturday and take a batch of pictures.

I can bring 1″ x 3″ stickers that we can paste to everyone’s forehead…

Maybe staple them as some one is bound to try and eat the paste.
