Evidently, whoever commissioned the refinishing work intended it for a display rack, if not a glass showcase–otherwise, the simple job of relining would have preceded the other work.
Maybe, for $1200, the display rack is included. But even if it isn’t, it’s still “reasonably priced.” You have Collector’s word on that.
