I befriended an elderly gentleman nearly 10 years ago who is moving out of state. He has been a winchester collector for a very long time and has amassed quite a collection.
Today, I was helping his son clean out the last bit of stuff from the house and came across a box of bullet molds. He told me to pick out any of the doubles and take them home. ” they are yours” , he’s said. All original Winchester Molds.
I’m still sitting here in awe. I guess I have my “Lucky find” story.
They needed a little oil bath. But they are beautiful.

Yeah I wish I was that lucky! Gees. Considering you can turn right around and sell them for $40-50 a piece (or more). Which the 40-82 & 45-60 are less common than the other calibers you have.
I’d be in shock too!
Sincerely,
Maverick
