recently acquired 1873 in 38-40, the lever had   been brazed at some time, anyone know if/where a lever can be located?  Thanks Bill

They can be found on Ebay but you have to watch what you buy since they sell anything that resembles a 73 lever as a real one and most of them have are bent, repaired or rusted bad. You can buy a original with a new cam at Homesteadparts.com for $93.50. If you have a real nice 73 and want one to match its condition then you will have to wait and watch for a good one.
