Thank you all for your comments and suggestion. 

I took it out yesterday and was very pleased with the accuracy and function of the gun. I can see other Winchesters in my future (shh, don’t tell the wife)

Cleaned it and rubbed it down with a Hopps Wax Treated gun cloth (hope that’s a good one)… put a nice sheen on the wood and metal.

Not familiar with Conservators wax, will need to look that one up!
