A few rifles were produced as prototypes for the FBI contract. Winchester receivers, FN barrels, Badger Rails, and McMillan stocks. Anyone seen or heard of any documentation of these?

Thank you for the redirect. The rifles have a certificate of manufacture from New Haven Ct. Thought some of the collectors here might be interested and/or be able to fill in some blanks.

Are prototypes with certificates common?
