Has anyone seen any of these for sale? It was made from a 30-06 case necked down to hold 2 or 3 .22 cal bullets. On the bullet board look at the center row and the center cartridge. I’ll try to find a better picture. This says made from 308 but the early ones were 30-06 I believe?

Here is another picture but the cartridges are similar but some have a very long neck to accommodate the extra round.

Look under the Dummy section. It is the black one next to the pink one. It has the very long neck.

My friend owns the gun in the RI auction video. He did not buy it from RI. About a year ago a very large collection came to auction and he bought it and I got the consecutive serial number Winchester Garands. Most people were going crazy for the sniper rifles and the early gas traps. The auction house had my friend go through all of the guns and parts to see if he could put together good guns from the parts and parts guns.
I occasionally look for the ammo. It does come up for sale but he seems to be one step behind the other buyers.
Here is a picture of a sealed box of 7.62 Duplex cartridges. These came from a Winchester executive who retired from the WW ammunition facility in East Alton. My experience with these relates only to the project Salvo Model 70’s that were built to test the feasibility and accuracy potential of the cartridge.
