TXGunNut said Odd that they can’t tell us what YT finds objectionable without violating the new TOS. Very concerning.
Mike, I guess you need to watch video again, as they explained EXACTLY what YT found objectionable.
I guess I got bored with all the dancing around and missed it. Hickok45 and I talked now and then when when I was on the CastBoolit board but I don’t watch his videos like I used to. Not going to sit thru it again. Life is short.

The dumb-ass palaver was a test of endurance. If it’s characteristic of their other videos, I’d say the loss of the ones they were grieving is no tragedy. Anyway, what it all boils down to is that YT now prohibits sponsorship by gun-makers. Does not seem to me a cross too heavy for them & others to bear, considering, if YT really wanted to turn the screw, it could be a WHOLE lot worse! For those who still want to maintain the sky is falling, I suggest a deep breath & a jigger or two of Maker’s Mark.
This was posted this AM on another site. I can’t answer any questions.
From Google:
”Content intended to sell firearms, instruct viewers on how to make firearms, ammunition, and certain accessories, or instruct viewers on how to install those accessories is not allowed on YouTube. YouTube shouldn’t be used as a platform to sell firearms or accessories noted below. YouTube also doesn’t allow live streams that show someone holding, handling, or transporting a firearm.”

If so, there’s about 10000 violations of that policy currently on view right now.
Here’s a good ex:

Rather ambiguous and adverse to normal firearms activities. As Hickok45 points out there ARE other platforms. Time to move on.

Well, Machine Gun Mike (who promises no BS & no drama) seems to be satisfied with his 107 videos & 95,000 YT subscribers.
Clarence-
That seems to indicate a targeted effort. Not sure what to think about that.
