This gun fit right into my friends collection of, do I dare say Brass , guns. He also collected rare and unusual guns. And yes, the rare buyer was as hard to find sometimes but he didn’t care because he was collecting what he liked.
Particularly with that Gun Report magazine, I don’t think this rifle will sell for peanuts. It’s probably better I don’t know what auction it will be offered at.

I have no idea what will be in the auction in March. Most of his guns were sold, like the 3 on the inside cover of the Fall 2020 Winchester Collector in the Morphy Auction ad.
