The 49th Annual WACA Cody show is over. Was great seeing familiar faces and meeting new folks. Once again Vinny and Heather Martin along with the Board of Directors put on a great show. Great exhibits, great camaraderie and some wonderful Winchesters! CFM folks were great hosts and the Riley facility staff did a great job keeping everything clean and running smoothly. Attendance seemed to be quite good. If you’re a WACA member and haven’t been to a Cody show start planning now for next year. Rumor has it they’re planning something special for the 50th. Better yet, recruit a new member or two and bring them! They’ll thank you later.

ETA Vinny is apparently considering a part time gig as an auctioneer. He had waaaay too much fun at the auction; generous buyers and donors raised a bunch of money for the club!

Mike this was a great show. Always nice talking with you. Tim and I had some good conversations and he let me pick up his 1 of 1000. Just dozens of friends. One I had not seen in 11 years. As full as I have seen it since COVID. We have the tables and our room already booked for next year.
For those that have never been, you are really missing out. More great knowledgeable people and wonderful guns than you can imagine.

Tremendous appreciation to all those who make the show a very wonderful event. Vinnie, Heather, the board, all the volunteers… those with accurate knowledge that is shared so freely…. Thank You! I’m looking forward to next year! PS… thank you for having the A/C on during set up!
