I just finished checking the prices realized on the Winchester 1890’s and Whitney & Burgess rifles, and they seemed to have done very well during this COVID period.  There were some very special pieces among them, too!!!

I bid on 2 items but each sold for way more than what I wanted to spend.  I looked at the 1890’s but some of them had issues.  I can’t remember what they were?  At one time I had a fairly large collection of these and my Grandfather’s gun was the gun that got me started collecting Winchesters.  I love 1890’s.

I just spent some time with the price realized and levers went strong. As much as I was depressed with the prices 6 months ago, I’m impressed with the value in this auction. Colt U.S. Cavalry’s were also strong. T/R
