Question about windage adjustment of old Stith scope mount|General Discussions & Questions|Forum|Winchester Collector

A friend of mine has a Remington model 721 bolt action rifle that has an old Stith Scope mount, and Kollmorgen scope.  I know nothing about these mounts and thought I’d post here.  He’s wondering what screws to loosen that will allow the windage adjustment screw to be rotated.  He doesn’t want to force and break anything. Here are pictures of the Stith mount on his 721.

Any help would be appreciated.
