Hello to everyone! I have just joined up and look forwards to expanding my knowledge. While I do collect and have some very nice Winchesters my interests are greatly varied and my collection has examples from the Revolutionary war through the 1970s. I will be posting some very nice Winchesters from my collection once I am able to.
I am and always have been located in Maryland. While not a very gun friendly state the area I am in is rich in interesting older guns! I buy all my guns from local sources.

What do I have to do to be able to post a picture. I thought by joining WACA we had full benefits of the forum?

You will have to contact a administrator about your membership on the forum. It showing you are a guest not a member. As a guest you can only link to pictures that have to be hosted by a third party but when you are a paid member you can directly upload to the forum but there is a problem once in a while for new paid members being classified as guests.

Did you sign-up for a full WACA membership, or just register on the WACA forums? If you signed up for a WACA membership, it may take several days before Trish Smith (our Executive Secretary) processes everything and gets your account fully enabled. The Holiday season is upon us.

I paid the 50.00 for a years membership to the WACA. I will a bit and see if the membership gets straightened out.
Test Picture from a link. I see it works. so I will post some more later. A rather nice 66 Musket and some friends that came along with it when I bought it.
