Model 94 Heroic Indian Tribute

A friend has given me the opportunity to purchase from him a model 94 30-30 Heroic Indian Leaders Tribute Commerative Rifle. He and I have looked at several sites but have yet to find a solid valuation for the rifle. Its never been fired and is number 137 of 300. Any ideas on its value or where/how I could get an honest appraisal? Thanks!

Back in 08 one sold for $1200 with all the extras. Generally the price on commemoratives don’t increase in value much.
