Why is it mismatched? There is no fold down aperture…it’s just missing the screw in aperture. Pretty much a normal final price for Ebay sales also.

Rick, Now that I see the original listing photo of the top of the staff, have to agree with Rusty that, since there’s no turn-down inside the shroud, it is a #2 missing the disk. If the turn-down was just broken off, as they frequently are, the tiny hinge joint would still be visible.
