Click on their profile picture or the word Profile at the left of a post.

Their profile will pop up.  Clip0001.jpgImage Enlarger

Click on the [Send PM] box.

A dialog box will pop up with the intended recipient, a place to type your massage AND a box to add additional recipients!  Pretty cool!
