All i have is a mobile phone right now but this rifle looks very standard to me, albeit with a low SN. I just don’t understand were the value is at this price. And not a first model either. what am i missing here?

Its a nice early 32-40, but the would be more appealing if the Lyman 21 lettered. Probably a bit too early to see one of those show up on a ’94 anyway. Have any of you seen a Model 1894 with a 21 sight that letters in the 4 digit serial range?
All things considered, I don’t see how this rifle made is past the $3k mark. Just my opinion.

I missed that 21 sight being on the low number gun. I’m used to seeing them on 1894s, I was just looking at condition! I was thinking the same on value.
