Is anyone having trouble getting their daily searches emailed to them on the GB site? This has happened to me before and I have no clue what causes it, but it finally gets straightened out. I’ve contacted them via email with no response in over two weeks.
I’ve never gotten a reply from GB when I have tried to. They have terrible customer service. Not to hijack thread but, what do you think of them selling the personal information, including addresses, of successful buyers to whoever wishes to purchase said information !

That’s not right. Do you know that they are doing that? I do agree with the terrible customer service…actually worse than terrible…it’s non existent!

I agree it’s not right. And yes they are doing it. Here’s a cut and past with the price…
- You may also request a detailed selling report that will include the winning bidder’s user name and current address information. There is a $25.00 charge for this report.
- The buyers report will include a list of items won, date and winning bid amount. There is a $15.00 charge for this report.
