I got a moose permit this year and I wanted to shoot it with my 1876 45-45 stamped by W.F. Sheard Livingston, Montana. I shot my previous moose in 1999 with a deluxe 1876 and figured it would be a good tradition to shoot moose with the 1876. Conditions didn’t work out for the 1876, I used my 300 WBY, but I still took some pictures with the 1876 for comparison…
