So someone at the Winchester Factory is a Time Traveler!
In 1927 they must have jumped forward in time to at least after 1964 and borrowed a permanent marker Sharpie and wrote “Floor Copy Do Not Remove” “Plant #4” “Do Not Remove from Floor or Plant 5-30-27” and then hopped back to 1927.
I didn’t know there was a “Plant #4” at Winchester. Learn something new everyday.
I wonder if H.G. Wells worked at Winchester?

Best of all, the jerk is charging 3 times the book-rate mailing cost. But if he mailed it book-rate, he’d have to spend 25 cents on a manilla envelope, as opposed to using free Priority Rate packaging.
