For those who are beginning to make preparations to attend the 2024 Cody Show, we have signed an “accommodation agreement” for discounted hotel rates for our members. Rooms are limited and are on a first come/first serve basis. The pricing below does not include the 11% tax. The hotels are:
Holiday Inn Guest Rooms (307-587-5555) – $229.00 per night flat rate (1-4 persons per room)
Comfort Inn Guest Room (307-587-5556) – $199.00 per night flat rate (1-4 persons per room)
Buffalo Bill Cabin Village (307-587-5544) – $179.00 per night flat rate (1-bedroom cabin; 1-4 persons per room); $199.00 per night flat rate (2-bedroom cabin; 2-8 persons per room)
Please call the hotel direct as the hotel’s national brand toll free number will not provide these rates. Identify yourself as a Winchester Arms Collectors Association (or WACA) member. The online rates may be slightly less. The corporate office mandates that there are some rooms that must be held for online booking. If you chose to book online, please be aware that there are very specific cancellation fees which are different for each room (ie: 72 hours, no refund, etc).
Our banquet will be held on Saturday evening, July 13th, at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. If you plan on attending, please reserve your tickets in advance. The amount of food ordered is specific to an event, so we don’t have any leeway once the final count has been given. Ticket price is $45.00/ea.
